In Search of the Missing Blog

This is a little embarassing, but does anybody know how to get to the blog about Dallas in Photographs? It also had a link to a lot of other cities done in photographs. I know I clicked on somebody's profile who had commented somewhere on one of Mully's blogs, but I don't remember who it was.

I Almost Had a Team of Star Wranglers

It's volleyball season once again. I was going to name the team "Star Wranglers" but I made the mistake of opening it up for discussion. After a fair amount of free association we went from "One Hit Wonders" to bands almost famous for them. We settled on "Fine Young Cannibals" as our team name, but by the time I got to the Swim Center with the paperwork, I forgot. So that is how we became "Los Federales."

It is also indoor soccer season, but our team names merely reflect the color of our T-shirts. I'm on Team Fuschia.

Small Old Dogs

I'm taking a liking to small old dogs. I think they're dramatically underrated.
My friend Erika has a twelve-year-old dog named Skipper (Chihuahua mix) whose is bow-legged and suffers from arthritis. Yet this dog has an endearing, Yoda-like spirit that creates calmness in any room. I say....HOORAY for those little old dogs with ancient souls.

Devil's Tower, a Preview

I climbed Devil's Tower on Wednesday and now I can't shut up about it. I was covering the Front Desk at work yesterday and I had to really restrain myself when customers would come in so I wouldn't greet them with, "Guess what? I just climbed Devil's Tower!" Mostly they just wanted to use the restroom.

I've Been Thinking About Stars

and it buoys my spirit. Clear nights are spectacular, but I love the glow behind the clouds, too.
